• The affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded, and the Heli-tour will be cancelled for them without any refund.
• The pilot / ops team has the authority to deny boarding if the weight exceeds the declared limit without any refund.
• The company reserves the right to shuffle passengers to maintain proper weight distribution for safe flying in the hills.

• For the Char Dham helicopter tour, passengers weighing more than 75 kg will be charged extra for the excess weight INR 2500 per kg. However it does not mean guest can declare wrong / less weight at the time of booking. Extra weight rates applicable only if weight is declared correctly at the time of booking. If a passenger's actual weight exceeds the declared weight at the time of booking, the overweight charges will be collected either: At the hotel, a day before the flight boarding, or at the helipad, before flight boarding. Passengers must ensure they provide their accurate weight during booking to avoid any last-minute inconvenience / de-boarding. If you are not sure your weight will increase between the booking and fly date kindly add 2-3 kg. Passengers are requested to declare their final weight on the higher side, considering clothing and footwear.

• Baggage limit per passenger: 5 kg only
• Large suitcases are not allowed due to limited baggage space in the helicopter. To manage this, our staff will provide duffle bags during the pre-flight briefing for packing essentials.
• Passengers bringing excess baggage may not be allowed to carry it on board, as per the pilot’s discretion.
• The total baggage allowance is based on the combined body weight of the group. If the group's total weight exceeds 450 kg, additional charges will apply for transporting excess baggage by road, and the cost will be shared among all passengers in the helicopter.

• Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket. Infant below 02 Yrs /12 Kg are carried free of charge (Extra weight charges applicable for group). In case of verification of age, ID proof (Birth certificate) of the child shall be checked.

• Helicopter flying in hilly terrains are adversely affected by some unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These include delayed Air Traffic clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, or delayed reporting of passengers at the helipads, among other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to be prepared to encounter any unexpected events and inconveniences that may arise in such scenarios.
• Chardham helicopters operate as per weather and flying permission basis, though most of the time match as per given by us and there may be occasional delays or waiting times ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours or more. These delays can occur due to factors such as technical issues, weather clearance, or flyng permissions.
• Our team will keep you informed and guide you in such situations. We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation.
• When planning your tour, we strongly advise the guests to keep one additional day at hand at Dehradun, over and above 05N/06D period, so that they do not end up in problem in case the weather gets very bad after the commencement of tour, which may lead to extension of the tour.
• Hotel Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only. For a separate single occupancy room, it will be extra chargeable.
• Hotels at all the Dhams are non-star category. However, we have carefully selected the most comfortable properties for our tours. Yamunotri / Kharsali limited options are there however at other places hotels are better.
• Accommodation at Kedarnath Top is very basic with limited amenities due to the harsh high altitude environment, and night temperatures may drop to sub-zero levels, and facilities such as hot water (in bucket system at most of the hotels), heaters etc generally not available. We recommend staying in Guptkashi for better comfort. Guests choosing to stay at Kedarnath Top must pay directly, and any related complaints will be the guest’s responsibility.

• ID Proof: All Indian passengers must provide a copy of their Aadhar Card, while foreign nationals must share a copy of their passport.

• Shri Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Committee Charges: Temple committee may charge 1400 rs per person to Heli Clients as per new 2025 guidelines.
• On-Ground Assistance: Heli crew is stationed at all Dhams. Passengers can reach out to them for guidance or assistance.
• Network Connectivity: Mobile network at Badrinath is poor. BSNL & Jio services work in these regions but are not always reliable. Our staff will be available for assistance.
• Oxygen Precaution: Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle (available locally at medical shops).
• Weather Advisory: Day temperatures are moderate, but nights are cold. Passengers must carry warm woollen clothes.
• Medication: All passengers must carry their personal medication.
• Insurance Disclaimer: We do not provide insurance for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or other unforeseen circumstances. Pilgrims are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage. All baggage & personal belongings remain the passenger’s responsibility at all times.

• The company shall not be liable for any medical emergencies during the journey.
• Passengers are advised to obtain a fitness certificate from a doctor before traveling to high-altitude regions.
• The company reserves the right to refuse travel to any passenger deemed unfit or posing a risk to the helicopter or others on board.
• No refund shall be provided to such passengers.
• Passengers are advised to carry a small plastic oxygen bottle with them as a precaution if they feel difficult in high altitude. It is available locally at all medical shops. All passengers are advised to carry their own medication.

• Rescheduling of booking to a next available date will be permitted subject to availability.
• Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 28 days prior to the journey date. Rescheduling charges will be 10% of the total tour cost (Rescheduling requests submitted at 15 days prior to the journey date. Rescheduling charges will be 20% of the total tour cost.)
• Requests received within 15 days of the journey date shall be treated as cancellation and cancellation policy shall apply.

• Package Confirmation & Booking, please deposit the 50 % amount of the Tour cost to process the booking and the balance amount is to be paid 15 days before from your departure dates.
• Passengers are only allowed to board or initiate the tour after completing the full and final payment for the tour.

• 40 Day before full refund if cancelled (2 % service charge will be applicable)
• Up to 30 days before journey -30% of total amount.
• Up to 21 days before journey -50% of total amount.
• Less than 21 days before journey No refund.

• If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days we will still try to finish the darshan on next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any Dham due to bad weather situation then we will refund only flying timing cost approximately INR 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Rupees) against each Dham per seat.
• If flying is not possible due to any reason/bad weather at Dehradun, then 5% Service charge + Utilized Services like Hotel Stay and Transportation will be applicable.
• In the event of flight cancellations or delays due to bad weather, technical issues, or any force majeure reasons beyond the control of the company. Company will not be held liable for the cancelled or delayed flights. However, refund will be given to the client as per our refund policy. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other extra travel expenses done by the guests will be provided in the event of cancellation of a flight.
• In case, the departure does not take place from Dehradun due to any above mentioned reasons, the tour will be considered as cancelled and refund will be made as per our policies.
• However, in this case guests are open to reschedule the tour for the next available date; a fresh booking can be made for the same. Our team will propose the available option to the guests.
• The remaining or unused amount from the previous booking can be applied towards the fresh booking. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passengers.
• Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
• Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis, when they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons.
• In regards to the guests stranded at any Dham, if any group requests to cancel their tour on their own desire & come down before their scheduled return date, the arrangement of vehicle for their return journey by road shall be done by us. However, cost for the same shall be borne by the guest on direct payment basis. No refunds are applicable in case guests wish to cancel & return mid-tour.

• Any disputes related to the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of the service or its terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Uttarakhand Jurisdiction.

• The Chardham Yatra involves visiting temples located at high altitudes (especially Kedarnath at 3,583 meters). The region’s thin air can affect your stamina, and travelers must be in good health to undertake the tour. Senior citizens (especially those above 60 years) should consult their doctor before planning the yatra. Individuals with heart conditions, asthma, high blood pressure, or respiratory issues should take extra precautions. Keep a portable oxygen cylinder as a precaution, available at medical shops in the region.

• The number of pilgrims significantly increases during the peak season in May and June. If you prefer a quieter and more peaceful experience, consider traveling during the post-monsoon period (September to October). Fewer people will allow you to enjoy a more intimate spiritual experience.

• The carriage is subject to our services regulations relating to the conditions of Non-International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and Notification regarding application of the carriage which is non-international. The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injury suffered by passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etc has notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time.

• While traveling for the Char Dham Yatra, it is mandatory to carry a valid ID proof along with all essential travel documents, permits, and vouchers. Keep sufficient cash for remote areas and a debit/credit card as backup. Due to unpredictable Himalayan weather, pack warm clothes and rain gear, including thermals, gloves, a warm cap, and a waterproof jacket, along with sturdy footwear for rough terrain. Carry a backpack for essentials, a torch or headlamp for night movement or power cuts, and a basic first-aid kit with personal medicines. Stay hydrated with a water bottle and purification tablets, keep light snacks or energy bars, and don’t forget a camera or mobile phone to capture memories. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for emergencies, and basic personal hygiene items should also be included to ensure a safe and comfortable yatra experience.

• Arrive at Dehradun Airport or Railway Station. Our driver will assist you and provide a warm welcome. Enjoy a comfortable transfer to your hotel for a complimentary stay. Indulge in a delicious dinner included. Take the opportunity to acclimatize before your Yatra.
• Please be present at the hotel by 7:30 PM for a briefing session (exact briefing time will be shared on the arrival day). During this session, your tour coordinator will provide important details about the upcoming tours and distribute duffel bags for carrying your luggage.

• Fly to Guptkashi Region: You will be driven to Sahastradhara Helipad as per scheduled flight. Fly from Dehradun and Reach the Guptkashi region, known for its spiritual significance, serene natural beauty, and snow-capped peaks. Kedarnath is one of the most revered heritage sites in the Chardham Yatra.
• Helicopter Transfer: After being transferred from Dehradun, you will fly to Guptkashi/Sersi/Phata base helipad. From there, you’ll board another helicopter for a short 6-10 minute flight to Kedarnath. Please expect a waiting time of 10 minutes to 3 hours during the helicopter change due to shuttle slots, weather, or technical reasons.
• VIP Darshan at Kedarnath: Upon arrival at the Kedar-top Helipad, our handlers will escort you for a VIP Darshan at the Kedarnath Temple, where you will experience the divine rituals and serenity of this sacred site.
• Return Transfer: You will be taken back from the Kedar Top Helipad to Guptkashi Region Helipad. The day ends with a delicious dinner and a restful night to prepare for the next stage of your journey.

• As this is an NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit) flight, timings are tentative and subject to permissions and weather conditions. We recommend booking your return flight keeping one buffer day to allow for any potential delays. Nothing is covered by the package on the final day of arrival in Dehradun from Badrinath; just the drop-off at your departure location is included. Read all the Terms & Conditions and Important Guidelines carefully for better understanding.

• Flying time is subject to permissions and weather conditions. Changes may occur if number of days are extended due to weather or technical reasons.

• Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers with a total weight limitation of 450 kg for all 6 passengers. We reserve the right to de-board passengers if the actual body weight deviates from what was provided at the time of booking.
• No refunds will be provided for any passenger who is de-boarded due to incorrect body weight.
• Passengers are requested to provide exact body weight measured on an electronic scale. Weight at helipad will be measured including apparels, accessories such as jewellery and shoes.
• Passengers with a body weight of above 75 kg will be charged INR 2,500 per kg excess. This amount will be collected in Dehradun before the flight.
• If the given body weight is incorrect, passengers will be charged INR 3,000 per kg on the final check by the pilot, or they will be de- boarded without any refund.
• A penalty of INR 1,20,000 + GST before departure shall be imposed in case weight of the passengers crosses the 450 kg mark, and flying will only take place subject to Pilot & AME's call.
• Passengers can't be exchanged at the last minute or before 48 hrs of the scheduled departure.

• 1 small soft bag (max. 3 kg) per passenger, this duffel bag will be provided by us on the day of arrival. Hard-case luggage or large bags are not allowed.

• Dham sequence may vary due to weather, technical issues, or government permissions. The departure time and sequence are subject to change. New Dodham passengers scheduled for departure from Dehradun on any respective travel date shall be our top priority over the backlog passengers of the previous date.

• Company holds the right to change the hotels at flight origin and destination based on hotel availability as bad weather can change check in date. Groups of 6 passengers or more may have to stay in different hotels as they will be traveling in different helicopters due to body weight limitations. Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only. For single occupancy rooms, an additional charge of INR 30,000 per person (tax inclusive) will apply.
• Any extra night halt at either of the hotel at any of the dhams or Dehradun will be directly payable by the guest on the same day. In case of extra night halt hotels can be changed depending on the availability.

• Flying in the hills is subject to bad weather conditions, Force Majeure factors, such as:
• Delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions
• VVIP Movements
• Valley Flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM)
• Technical Snags in Aircraft
• Illness of Flying Crew
• Late Reporting of Passengers at helipads
• Passengers should be prepared to face eventualities and inconveniences in suchscenarios. It is strongly advised to keep one additional day beyond the 3N4D itinerary to avoid inconvenience in case of delays due to bad weather or Force Majeure events.
• Itinerary amendments may occur due to backlogs, bad weather, or natural circumstances, where we may cover: Dodham or Ekdham in 1 days. In most cases, if there is a backlog due to bad weather, the trip may be cancelled. Tour may be treated as cancelled in case no flying is done from Dehradun and we may not shift the same to next day in case of backlog.

• Transfers are only provided on arrival and departure days.

• A single vehicle will be provided for a group of 6 passengers throughout the tour. Passengers may be shifted between helicopters for safe weight distribution.

• Infants under 2 years travel free with valid ID/Birth Certificate. Child above 2 yrs will be charged same as adult.

• Kedarnath Shuttle (Guptkashi Region Helipads to Kedarnath) is under the control of IRCTC and there are possibilities of delays. In case we are not able to cover the Kedarnath on the day of arrival at Guptkashi, we will fly on the next day and after having darshans, fly to Badrinath on the same day. There is also a possibility of passengers being split into different shuttle flights due to IRCTC’s management and scheduling of the Kedarnath helicopter services.

• 20% charge applies for rescheduling 30 days before the tour.
• Less than 30 days’ notice will result in a fresh booking with applicable cancellation charges.

• 50% deposit at the time of booking; balance due 30 days before departure. Full payment required before departure to board the helicopter.

• If the passenger fails to report at the scheduled time or location, it will be treated as a No Show and no refund will be applicable.

• There shall be no refund or compensation in case of any government- imposed restrictions, natural calamities, pandemics (including Covid-19), war, or any national emergency, either before or during the Yatra.
• Tour Cost: If 1 Dham is completed and 1 Dham is left out, INR 20,000 approx. per person will be refunded as a credit note. This cost is exclusive of other expenses like extra night halt, extra transfers, or any extra services utilized beyond the package inclusions.
• Additional Services: The cost of additional services provided at any Dham will be deducted from the refundable Tour Cost.
• Refund for Unutilized Services: No refund will be provided for any unutilized services because these services are booked in advance before the commencement of the season.
• Any changes in the govt policies and SOP's will be adhered.
• Any increase in government levies or taxes, after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be done before the commencement of tour.
• While the tour is ongoing, if any group demands to cancel their tour mid- way, the arrangement of transportation will be done, however, cost for the same will be borne by the passengers on direct payment basis.
• Company is not responsible or liable for any refund if your further plan is disturbed due to bad weather (Example - Hotel Bookings after returning back to Dehradun from the trip, Flights, Bus or Train tickets).
• In the event of an unforeseen emergency such as medical concerns, sudden weather changes, or official instructions if a guest is called back from any Dham (for example, from Kedarnath basecamp) by helicopter or any other means before completing the darshan, the visit to that Dham will be considered as completed.

• 5% administrative charge will be deducted from the package cost in case of cancellation of a confirmed booking, for any reason (If cancelled 30+ days before flying date).
• Up to 30 days before journey: 30% of the total amount will be charged.
• Up to 20 days before journey: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• Up to 14 days before journey: No refund.
• No Show: No refund.
• If the Yatra is cancelled from Dehradun itself on day 1 due to any force majeure reasons, 10% of the total amount will be deducted as service and flight preparation charges.

• Inform us in advance if any medical or special conditions exist. We reserve the right to de-board passengers who do not disclose this information.

• If there is no flying due to bad weather or force majeure, we will provide a proportional refund (excluding taxes, royalty fees and 10% flight preparation charges).
• Refund will be processed after 30 working days once the season completes.
• If we attempt to fly but fail to land at the destination due to weather or any external factor, 20% of the total booking amount will be deducted as flight preparation and operational cost.

• Please note that flights are strictly subject to weather conditions and clearances from all relevant authorities, including DGCA, ATC, and local administration.
• There may be situations where other operators’ helicopters are flying, but our company prioritizes safety above all and will proceed only after receiving all necessary approvals and being fully confident in operational safety.
• In such cases, we may delay or cancel the tour entirely, if conditions are not deemed safe or permissions are not granted in full.
• Passenger safety is our top priority, and we do not take unnecessary risks under any circumstances.
• In case DGCA, State Government, or any regulatory authority mandates a reduction in the passenger capacity of the helicopter (for example, reducing from 6 pax to 4 pax) at any time before departure, then the cost difference for the reduced seats will be distributed equally among the remaining passengers, and the extra cost must be paid before boarding.
• Our packages and costing are based on 6-passenger occupancy, and any reduction in allowable capacity by authorities is beyond the control of the operator.

• In case of an emergency, the decision to initiate an evacuation whether by road or any other means will rest solely with the company, based on safety assessments and operational considerations. If the evacuation is approved and arranged by the company, all associated transportation costs will be borne by the company.
• Refund or credit note (if any) shall be issued as per actual utilization and operator policy.
• However, if a guest chooses to travel independently, make alternate arrangements, or disregard company guidance and the evacuation has not been authorized by the company then the full cost of such travel will be the guest’s responsibility. No refunds or reimbursements will be provided in such instances.
• Guests are respectfully advised to follow on-ground instructions at all times to ensure their safety and a smooth travel experience.

• In case passengers test COVID positive before the travel, or the Yatra gets called-off by the government, or any National or State emergency is imposed, there will be no refunds applicable.
• However, passengers will be provided a Credit Voucher against the advance paid. It can be utilized against any of our helicopter tours or charter services by the passengers or any of their friends/relatives.

• In the event a credit note or voucher is issued, it will hold a fixed monetary value as communicated to the client at the time of issuance.
• When the client chooses to redeem the credit note/voucher for future travel, if there is any increase in the tour/package price, the client will be required to pay the difference between the credit note value and the current applicable price.
• The credit note/voucher is transferable and may be used by any immediate family member, relative, or friend of the original client, provided prior written intimation is given to the company.

• Flying Schedule: NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operations): Flight timings will be communicated the night before, based on operational plans.
• Delays or Cancellations: Delays may occur due to bad weather, technical issues, or emergency scenarios. In case of a major issue, the trip may be cancelled.
• Helipad Waiting Times: Expect up to 2 hours waiting time at helipads due to factors like bad weather, NOTAM, or other operational challenges.
• Final Day Departure: We will attempt to depart early from Badrinath to avoid bad weather. Breakfast may be skipped in this case. Breakfast at Dehradun will incur at an additional cost if preferred.
• Documents Required: Aadhar Card (for Indian nationals) or Passport (for foreign nationals) is mandatory for all passengers.
• Accommodation & Transfers: Final list of properties will be shared 30 days prior to the travel date.
• Transfers between Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh are available at an additional cost.
• Helipad & Base Camps: For larger groups, passengers may land at different base camps (Phata, Guptkashi, Sersi) depending on the helicopter's capacity and timing.

• Staying at Kedarnath Top requires signing a declaration. Accommodation cost is INR 12,000-15,000 per room, depending on availability. Company is not responsible for any emergency or service challenges at Kedar-Top.

• No special poojas are included in the package. Additional poojas can be arranged at extra cost if requested in advance. 2000 Per Person for Maha Abhishek Puja at Kedarnath (Stay at Kedarnath is required for attending early morning puja at 4:30 to 6:30 AM. • In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilized sector/s.
• Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
• The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.

• 5% service charge will be applicable in Case of cancellation due to weather or any reason.

• Kedarnath: Nestled in the majestic Mandakini Valley and surrounded by towering Himalayan peaks, Kedarnath is one of the holiest shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva. Standing on an ancient glacial terrace, the temple is believed to have been built by the Pandavas in search of divine forgiveness. As one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, Kedarnath offers pilgrims not just a sacred destination, but a powerful journey of faith, devotion, and spiritual renewal.
• Badrinath: Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the sacred shrine of Badrinath is revered as a timeless centre of spirituality, revived in the 8th century by Adi Shankaracharya. Located on the banks of the Alaknanda River, the temple is framed by the majestic Nar–Narayan ranges and the towering Neelkanth peak. The final ascent reveals a breath-taking panorama, making Badrinath a destination where divine grace meets Himalayan grandeur.
• Do Dham by Helicopter: This Do Dham Helicopter Yatra offers a seamless and spiritually enriching journey to the sacred shrines of Kedarnath and Badrinath. Designed for comfort and efficiency, the tour combines swift aerial transfers with guided darshan and carefully planned logistics. Pilgrims experience the divine beauty of the Himalayas while minimizing travel fatigue. With dedicated ground support, this journey ensures a peaceful, memorable, and deeply fulfilling pilgrimage.

• Passengers are supposed to reach Helipad in Sahastradhara area of Dehradun (6 AM if any change in time we will inform guests), which is the starting and ending point of this Yatra. Our pilots and ground staff will brief the passengers about the entire trip and do's and don'ts.
• Guests will be transferred by helicopter from the Dehradun Helipad to Guptkashi, enjoying scenic aerial views of the Himalayan landscape. From Guptkashi, we will use another helicopter for Kedarnath visit. The journey continues by helicopter to Kedarnath. Upon arrival at Kedarnath, you will be received by our ground personnel, who will escort you to the Holy Shrine. We provide a VIP Darshan slip at the Kedarnath temple, allowing you to bypass the long queues and complete your darshan quickly. The cost of these slips is Rs. 2800 per person, but it is included in our package. Since the weather at Kedarnath can be quite unpredictable, passengers are advised to complete their darshan and puja within 1.5 hours and return promptly to the helipad. After completing darshan, the return helicopter flight brings guests back to Guptkashi. The package also includes a comfortable lunch at Buransh Heli Resort.

• From Guptkashi to Kedarnath Dham, as per government regulations, all passengers will transfer from a twin-engine helicopter to a single-engine shuttle service for the Guptkashi–Kedarnath sector. This arrangement is mandated for safety and will remain the same throughout the trip.
• Passengers traveling together in the double-engine helicopter may not be accommodated on the same flight during the Guptkashi–Kedarnath leg due to seating and load balancing requirements.

• From Guptkashi, guests will board a helicopter to Badrinath Helipad, enjoying breath-taking aerial views of the Garhwal Himalayas. Upon arrival, passengers will be transferred by car for the short 2 km drive from the helipad to Badrinath Temple. Our dedicated ground staff at Badrinath will assist guests throughout the process and ensure a smooth VIP Darshan at Badrinath Ji. After completing the darshan, guests are requested to return to the helipad as per the scheduled time, followed by the helicopter flight from Badrinath to SDRF Helipad, Dehradun, marking a comfortable and spiritually fulfilling conclusion to the journey.

• FIXED FLIGHT TIMINGS
• This helicopter tour operates with fixed daily departure times for each destination. Passengers are required to adhere to the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for the tour. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a NO-SHOW.
• The final and accurate flight timings will be shared one day prior to the Yatra.
• PASSENGER'S WEIGHT
• Passengers are required to provide their accurate weight at the time of booking. In the event of any weight discrepancy discovered during travel that exceeds our aircraft's weight capacity of 450 kg, affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded and the Heli-tour will be cancelled for them and without any refund.
• OVERWEIGHT CHARGES: PER SEAT BASIS ONLY
• Excess weight charges for the DO DHAM helicopter tour are fixed at INR 1000/- per kilogram, applicable to passengers whose weight exceeds 75 kg. Moreover, if there is any variance in the passengers' weight, subject to charges based on the overweight criteria, the corresponding amount will be collected at the helipad before the flight boarding.
• BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
• Only 2 kg of baggage per passenger is permitted. Passengers are advised not to carry large suitcases, as the baggage space inside the helicopter is very limited.
• INFANT
• Children above the age of 2 years will be charged the full ticket price. Infants below 2 years of age and under 12 kg in weight are carried free of charge. In case age verification is required, an ID proof (such as a birth certificate) of the child will be checked.
• BAD WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER
• Helicopter flying in hilly terrains are adversely affected by some unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These include delayed Air Traffic clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, or delayed reporting of passengers at the helipads, among other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to be prepared to encounter any unexpected events and inconveniences that may arise in such scenarios. When planning your tour, we strongly advise the guests to keep one additional day at hand at Dehradun, so that they do not end up in problem in case the weather gets very bad after the commencement of tour, which may lead to extension of the tour.

• CARRIAGE BY AIR ACT, 1972
• The carriage is subject to Services regulations relating to the conditions of Non International Carriage (Passenger and Baggage) framed in accordance with The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and Notification regarding application of the carriage which is non international. The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injury suffered by passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etc. has notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time.
• Other Terms & Guidelines
• AADHAR Card copies are to be shared by all Indian passengers, & passport in case of foreign nationals.
• Any donations, tips, Pitthu, Palki/Pony and porter charges shall be borne by the passengers.
• For any guidance or assistance, Passengers are free to reach out to the on ground crew members.
• Network connectivity at Badrinath is very poor. BSNL & Jio are the main telecom services that work in these regions mostly, but not always. However, our staff shall be with the passengers for assistance at all times.
• Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available locally at all medical shops.
• Although day temperatures at these locations are normal it becomes cold in the night and so passengers must carry woollen clothes with them.
• All passengers are advised to carry their own medication.
• We would like to inform our pilgrims that we do not provide insurance coverage for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, we strongly recommend that pilgrims make their own arrangements for insurance coverage. Please note that all baggage and personal belongings are solely the responsibility of the client at all times.

• Company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advised guests to get the fitness certificate from doctor to travel to the high-altitude sector. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the helicopter or to the persons on board. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).

• Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 20% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 15 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.

• Package Confirmation & Booking, please deposit the 50 % amount of the Tour cost to process the booking and the balance amount is to be paid 15 days before from your departure dates. Passengers are only allowed to board or initiate the tour after completing the full and final payment for the tour.

• If passengers wish to cancel their booking, then they will have to pay following cancellation charges-
• 5% administrative charge will be deducted on package cost in case of cancellation due to any reason causing cancellation of a confirmed booking.
• Up to 30 days before journey -30% of amount.
• Up to 20 Days before journey -50% of amount.
• Up to 14 Days before journey -No Refund.
• No Show –No Refund.
• Credit note will be issued against any sort of cancellation against a confirmed booking.

• In the event of adverse weather on any of the scheduled days, we will make every effort to complete the Darshan on the following day. However, if we are completely unable to visit any Dham due to persistent weather conditions, a refund of approximately INR 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Rupees) per seat will be provided, covering only the flying time cost for each affected Dham. If flying from Dehradun is not possible due to weather conditions or any other reason, a 5% service charge.

• In the event of flight cancellations or delays due to adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or other force majeure circumstances beyond the control of the company, shall not be held liable for the disrupted flights. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our established refund policy. Please note that no compensation or reimbursement will be provided for accommodation, transportation, meals, or any additional travel expenses incurred by the guests due to flight cancellations.
• If departure from Dehradun is not possible for any of the above-mentioned reasons, the tour will be considered cancelled, and refunds will be issued as per company policy. Guests may choose to reschedule their tour for the next available date, and a fresh booking can be initiated accordingly. Our team will share the available options to assist with rebooking.
• Any unused or remaining amount from the original booking may be applied toward the rescheduled tour. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the guests. Should guests wish to extend their package itinerary, such extensions will be subject to operational feasibility and will be charged separately. In the event of delays caused by weather or force majeure, extra night stay charges are to be paid directly by guests to the respective hotels.
• For guests stranded at any Dham, if a group chooses to curtail their journey and return before the scheduled date, we will assist in arranging road transport. However, the cost of this service shall be borne by the guests on a direct payment basis. No refunds will be issued for mid-tour cancellations initiated by the guests.

• Any disputes related to the legality, interpretation, application, or performance of the service or its terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Uttarakhand Jurisdiction only.
